Mr. Selasie Woanyah, is a banker with over five years experience in various capacities in Zenith Bank Ghana Ltd starting as a Relationship Manager, Branch Manager, Head of Manufacturing and Commodities Unit and Head of Mining and Construction Unit. Prior to joining Zenith Bank, Selasie worked with China State Hualong Construction as an Assistant Site Engineer and with The Consortium a construction consultancy firm. He graduated from KNUST with a degree in Building Technology. He holds an LLB from the Faculty of Law University of Ghana where he graduated with first class honours and received the Bentsi-Enchill Award for the best graduating law student. Selasie is also the Managing Director of Bluestone & Grey a built environment consulting and finance firm.
Mr. Mathew Lawer Teye, worked with the Construction and Real Estate unit of Zenith Bank Ghana Ltd as a relationship manager. Prior to joining Zenith Bank, Mr. Teye worked with the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) as a Service Officer in the Corporate Banking Unit for two (2) years. He had previously worked as a Facilities Officer in the Facilities Management Unit of Atkins, Faithful and Gould in England. Mr. Teye holds an Msc in Finance from the University of Bedfordshire and a Bsc Administration from the University of Ghana.
Executive Director- Finance and Operations
Mr Samuel Yallow, until his new role worked with Zenith Bank in different roles for over six years. He worked with the treasury operations unit of the Bank for over three years, where he had the opportunity to have a broad understanding on banking operations; he was a major part of redefining most of th e operational policies in the bank. He also has three years work experience with the same bank working as a relationship manager. This role helped Mr. Yallow to appreciate better the marketing side of banking and the need for the operational and marketing side of a financial institution to collaborate to the benefit and satisfaction of the customer. Mr. Yallow holds a degree from University of Ghana in Business Administration, Finance option.
Financial Control and Strategic Planning
Christopher K Agyemang is a fully qualified consummate accounting and finance professional with close to ten (10) years experience in the field of accounting and auditing. He cut his teeth in accounting by working as an account officer at Sign Africa Ltd where he rose to the position of Accountant in 2007. He moved to Baker Tilly Andah & Andah where he climbed the rungs quickly from the position of an Audit Trainee to Supervising Audit Senior within a space of two years a clear testament to his mettle. Christopher is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation Ghana. Christopher has won many academic and professional laurels including the prestigious Bentsi- Enchill Award for the overall best candidate in Company and Partnership Law in the Part Two of the November 2008 Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana examinations and the overall best candidate in Part One of the May 2007, Institute of Chartered Accountants examinations. Christopher enjoys reading, travelling and meeting new people.
Credit Risk Manager
James Narh Tokoli has over ten years experience in the banking industry rising from the position of Credit Officer, Assistant Accountant to Accountant at Fellow's Microfinance a position he held for five years. With the immense experience gained in banking operations, he joined Dangme Rural Bank Ltd in 2007 as Deputy Internal Auditor where he played a key role in strengthening the internal control systems of the bank. At Dangme Rural Bank, James also worked as Account officer in the Accounts Department, Specie Officer as well as Branch Operations Officer. James has also undertaken copious training in Risk Management, Risk Based Internal Audit, and Total Quality Customer Care. He joined Innovative Finance Ltd as Internal Auditor and Operations Manager in 2012 where he played a key role in setting up the Company's Internal Control System and operations as well as Bank of Ghana reporting standards for Non Bank Financial Institutions. He joined Diamond Capital in January 2013 as Credit Risk Manager. James graduated from Central University College of Ghana with a BSC in Finance and Accounting. He is also a part qualified candidate of Association of Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA UK) James is passionate about the search for inner spiritual harmony.
